The above charges include admission / participation in all activities of the Annual Function. Friday evening buffet dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and banquet dinner and Sunday brunch

SPECIAL DEAL:

  • You can book one hotel room (with 1 king or two double beds ) and conference registration for family (member, spouse and their children) with us by 10th August for $ 500.00. Please note that we should receive your Cheque by 10th August for this deal.

  • Otherwise you can book your room directly with Delta Pinestone Resort at 1 800 461 0357 under NIMDAC and send registration form and appropriate dues to us on above address. The hotel room charges are $169 plus taxes per night. Please book your room by 24th August for conference rates. After this date availability of rooms are not guaranteed.
